Stephen A. Fritch completed his Bachelor of Arts degree in 1972 from Wabash College
in his home state of Indiana. After serving in the Judge Advocate General's Corps
of the U.S. Army, he entered the Tulane University School of Law. He graduated in 1979
and immediately entered private practice in the New Orleans area.
Mr. Fritch and Mr. A. Bowdre Banks, Jr. formed a partnership in 1981 which became
almost exclusively involved in medical collections for local, acute care hospitals
and doctors' practices. After 1994, Mr. Fritch formed his own law firm and continued
to expand both consumer and commercial debt collection, branching out to include
purchases of debt portfolios.

Mr. Fritch is a member of the National Association of Retail Collection Attorneys (
NARCA) and several electronic referral networks. His clients include Providian National Bank,
Whitney National Bank, First Select, V.W. Credit,Inc., and Tenet Healthcare.
He has lectured on numerous occasions to creditors and attorneys on the
Fair Debt Collection Practices Act.
