How do I get paid after the debt is recovered?
The debtor is instructed to make payments to our law firm.
Our clients agree in advance to let us endorse these payments on their behalf
and deposit them into our escrow account. Once a payment clears (14 days unless
certified funds are received), we send the payment to our clients, less our fees.
All costs advanced by our clients are repaid to them first. No fee is taken on amounts
representing costs advanced by our clients.
Our clients inform us if a debtor pays them directly.
We invoice the client for our fees in such cases.
